Our Story - Building Beautiful Outdoor Spaces Since 2008
Orangeturf began in 2008 with a simple belief: every home and business in Zimbabwe deserves an outdoor space that is beautiful, functional and built to last. What started as a small gardening team in Harare has grown into one of the country most trusted full-service landscaping companies – with in-house design, civils, planting, irrigation and maintenance crews serving hundreds of satisfied clients.
Over 17+ years we have landscaped private gardens in Borrowdale and Mount Pleasant, built sports pitches for schools and clubs, constructed golf course features, installed irrigation systems on farms and estates, and maintained outdoor spaces for hotels, restaurants and offices across Zimbabwe. Every project, from a small courtyard makeover to a complete garden construction, receives the same attention to detail and honest craftsmanship.
Today, led by founder Cambridge Chauke and based at 5 Bargate Road, Mandara, Harare, Orangeturf combines deep local horticultural knowledge with professional project management – so clients enjoy clear communication, transparent pricing and outdoor spaces that keep improving long after handover.

Our Values
These principles guide every Orangeturf project:
- Craftsmanship. We build properly from the ground up – correct drainage, solid bases and quality materials – because shortcuts always cost more later.
- Transparency. Every quotation is itemised and tied to a clear specification. No hidden costs, no surprises.
- Accountability. In-house crews mean one team owns your project from first sketch to final handover.
- Local knowledge. We specify plants, systems and methods proven in Zimbabwe climate – not imported assumptions. Relationships. Most of our work comes from repeat clients and referrals. We treat every garden as the start of a long relationship, not a one-off transaction.
